The HCI Converting Equipment FSC-501 Servo Shrink Label Cutting Machine (PVC) is the wide-format (30-500 mm cutting width) variant of the FSC-301PVC platform. It is designed for the surface cutting of PVC shrink label, paper and various plastic films. The combination of a Servo 3000W material pulling motor + AC 2HP main drive + AC 1/2HP feeding motor + SICK Germany photocell delivers high production speed at the cutting precision required for printed PVC shrink label. It offers 50-400 mm cutting length, 30-500 mm cutting width, 200 pcs/min mechanical speed (28 m/min feeding) and a 700 mm five-claw coreless unwind. Dip Sealing and Cutting Process
The machine is ideal for the dip sealing and cutting process of poly bags. For PVC shrink labels, paper and various plastic sheet cutting.
