The HCI Converting Equipment FSC-503 Servo 3-Step Bottom Sealing & Cutting Machine is the wide-format sibling of the FSC-303 three-step sealing platform. With a 50-500 mm cutting width range, it is designed for wide bag applications through a combination of a more powerful 1300W servo material pulling motor + AC 1/2 HP feeding + 6 PCS 500Wx520mm heaters + 3 sets of automatic thermal controllers + a water cooling unit. A skip sealing unit (1200 mm) comes as standard. With a five-claw coreless or 3 inch paper core unwind, AC 2HP main drive and a microcomputer control system, it is a stable choice for medium-to-large scale packaging manufacturers. Three-Step Sealer Design
(1) Upper and lower heating, (2) upper heating, (3) water cooling – producing an airtight seal. Especially for poly bags which are thick and hard to seal.
Bottom Seal Automatic Lifting Unit
Prevents the material from overheating or breaking when the machine stops (Patent No. 42360).
Skip Sealing Function. The bag length can reach 9 times the feed length.
