The FSC-303-1 is an economic zipper bag making machine equipped with a center folding unit and a zipper insertion attachment. By center folding a single film, it produces resealable zipper bags; servo material feed and a German photocell deliver precise bag length. FSC-303-1 operating principle and key technical features
Unwind Section
The interchangeable unwind shaft suits five-claw coreless and 3" cardboard cores; the AC-motor dancer roller ensures the most stable film feed at high speed.
Center Folding Unit
After unwinding, the center folding unit folds the single film to form the base of the zipper bag.
Zipper Attachment
Full zipper insertion with zipper unwind stand, sealing section, cooling section, zipper guide and trim cutting blade.
Bottom Sealing Section
Fast and precise heating with PID microprocessor temperature controllers; 8/10/12 mm embossing plate and automatic plate lifting (Patent No.42360) prevent the material from overheating.
Servo + Photocell Cutting
Cut length is precisely controlled by a servo motor and photocell sensor; production speed is significantly increased.
Microcomputer Control
Safe operation with automatic counter, cumulative record, automatic stop indicator and automatic stop on photocell failure.
