Within the scope of this project, the existing operator screen and machine control infrastructure were reviewed, a modern Siemens HMI solution was implemented in place of the old panel, and a new screen interface suited to the machine’s operating logic was prepared. The aim was to make operator use easier, make production parameters more readable and improve the serviceability of the machine.

In this project, the operator panel of the existing Main Group EVA injection machine was reviewed, the old HMI infrastructure was renewed with a Siemens HMI, and the screen structure was reorganized to suit the machine process. In this project, the aim was to recover the solvents used in the rotogravure printing process, integrate it into the production line and commission it in a way suited to the plant infrastructure. Through the installed system, the goal was to include solvent vapors in the recovery process, reduce operating costs and make the production process more sustainable.

Solvent recycling systems provide significant advantages both economically and environmentally, particularly at packaging plants engaged in rotogravure printing, lamination and solvent-based production. At GMG Technic, we carried out the dismantling, assembly and commissioning project for the GUSBI PU footwear production machine.

Within the scope of this project, the aim was to dismantle the machine at its current site, prepare it suitably for transport and reinstallation, carry out its mechanical assembly at the new production area, check the electrical-control connections and commission it ready for production.

On PU polyurethane footwear production machines, the dismantling and reinstallation process requires careful field work in terms of mechanical alignment, the mold transfer system, dosing equipment, the electrical-control infrastructure, pneumatic connections, safety equipment and production tests.

Properly performed assembly and commissioning work is critical for the machine’s safe, stable and long operation.

At GMG Technic, we carried out an automation overhaul on the GUSBI PU polyurethane footwear production machine.

Within the scope of this project, the control infrastructure of the existing machine was reviewed, the automation system was revised to suit the production process, and the goal was to make the machine run more stably, safely and efficiently.

On PU footwear production machines, automation overhaul is of great importance in terms of dosing, mold movements, process sequencing, operator control, safety equipment and production repeatability. With a properly executed automation modernization, existing machines can be returned to production, fault-related downtime can be reduced and operator use can be made more controlled.

In this project, the aim was to dismantle the machine used on the PU footwear production line in a way suited to the field conditions, reinstall it, carry out its mechanical and electrical checks, run the breakdown maintenance processes and make it ready for production.

On PU footwear production machines, a correct service and maintenance process is of great importance in terms of the dosing system, the mold transfer group, the injection unit, hydraulic / pneumatic systems, the electrical-control infrastructure, sensors, drives and safety equipment. At GMG Technic, we carried out the commissioning project for the buffing robot developed for the footwear polyurethane production machine.

Within the scope of this project, the mechanical, electrical and automation checks of the buffing robot integrated into the production line were carried out; the on-site adjustments, tests and commissioning process were completed so that the robot runs in a way suited to the production process.

On PU footwear production lines, the buffing operation is an important step in terms of surface preparation, process quality, repeatability and reducing the operator’s workload. With robotic buffing applications, the operation can be made more standard, controlled and efficient.

At GMG Technic, we carried out overhaul, maintenance and commissioning work on the footwear PVC sole production machine.

Within the scope of this project, the aim was to increase the production performance of the existing PVC sole machine, reduce fault-related downtime and ensure the machine runs more stably. The mechanical, electrical and automation systems were checked and the necessary overhaul work was carried out to suit the production line.

On PVC sole production machines, a correct maintenance and overhaul process is of great importance in terms of the injection system, the mold transfer structure, the heating zones, hydraulic / pneumatic equipment, the electrical-control infrastructure, sensors and safety systems. With a properly performed overhaul, the machine’s operating life is extended, production quality is improved and the process is made more reliable.
