The FK-FSC-350 is an economical center seal and three-side seal bag making machine; with its simple design and ease of use, it is the most economical investment for producing light-duty bags. In its standard configuration it produces center seal and two/three-side seal bags, and with the optional gusset device it extends to gusseted bag production. Servo material pull and microcomputer control deliver compact, precise bag making. As the Turkey distributor, GMG Technic handles sales, installation, commissioning and technical support.

Production Advantages
- Economical Multi-Type Production — Center seal, two-side seal and three-side seal bags on a single line; low investment cost thanks to a simple design and easy operation.
- Servo Feeding Precision — The feed length is precisely controlled by a servo motor integrated with a photocell, significantly increasing production speed.
- Automatic Bottom Lifting — The bottom seal bar automatic lifting device prevents overheating and tearing of the material when the machine stops (Patent No. 42360).
- Skip Sealing — With the skip seal function, bag length can extend up to 9 times the feed length, offering flexibility for long products.
- Microcomputer Control — Automatic counting, cumulative production logging and automatic stop when the photocell is disabled; precise heating with automatic temperature controllers.

What is the FK-FSC-350?
Economical center seal / three-side seal bag making platform
The FK-FSC-350 is a center seal and three-side seal bag making machine designed for the economical production of light-duty bags. Film fed from the horizontal unwind stand is formed in the sleeve forming section and sealed with water-cooled molds in the center seal and twin bottom seal sections.

Servo Pull + AC Drive
AC motor control system for the main drive; an AC 3HP main drive and 2000W servo automatic material pull deliver precise bag length.
Horizontal Unwind Stand
Horizontal unwind stand, 3″ air shaft and 2.5 kg/m powder brake (unwind tension); the reel is loaded by a single operator.
Sleeve Forming
The film is formed with a sleeve forming plate (flat & gusset); sized to order, with cylindrical and conical forming wheels.
Center Seal Section
Center seal stand with top heating + bottom silicone pad; 8/10/12 mm center seal molds, 800W heater and automatic thermal control.
Twin Bottom Seal & Water Cooling
First and second bottom seal stands, 8/10/12 mm molds, water cooling device and seal bar automatic lifting.

The film is formed with flat and gusset sleeve forming plates (sized to order) together with cylindrical and conical forming wheels.
