How do I choose the right slitting (slitter/rewinder) machine?

Selection is based on the material to be processed (film, foil, paper, laminate), reel width and diameter, running speed and the required cut/rewind quality. Share your application and we will determine the right model and winding system together.

Which materials and working widths are supported?

HCI slitting machines handle flexible packaging films, aluminium foil, paper and laminates. The working width varies by model; different width and speed options are available to suit your needs.

Is installation and commissioning included?

Yes. GMG Technic handles on-site installation, mechanical/electrical connections and commissioning of the machines we supply with our own technical team. Operator training is part of the commissioning process.

Do you provide spare parts and technical service?

Yes. As the authorized distributor of HCI, we supply spare parts and provide periodic maintenance and breakdown service. We are also an authorized service provider for Schiavi and Maingroup machines.

Can I see a demo or a reference installation?

On request we can demonstrate the machine in operation at the manufacturer or at a reference site. Contact us for an example close to your application.

What is the delivery lead time?

Lead time depends on the model, configuration and optional equipment. After receiving your requirements we share a clear production/delivery schedule together with the quotation.
