Plast Eurasia İstanbul 2024 was held as one of the most important gatherings of the plastics, packaging and converting industry in Türkiye. GMG Technic followed on-site the FSL-TX1300 Slitter Rewinder solution showcased at HCI Converting Equipment’s booth no. 1009D.

Sterilization pouches are specialized packaging that keeps surgical instruments and single-use medical products sterile, requiring high quality and traceability. At Your Service with the Innovations and Changes of Converting — ASD Pack Converting Magazine, Issue 85 (2018)

GMG Technic’s approach to technical service, automation and machine solutions for the packaging, printing and converting sectors was published in the 85th issue of the Pack Converting Magazine of the Packaging Manufacturers Association. The article addressed the support provided to packaging manufacturers in Türkiye through HCI Converting Equipment solutions.

While the publication introduced HCI’s converting machine groups such as slitting, rewinding, lamination, shrink sleeve, embossing and bag making, it also emphasized GMG Technic’s field approach to machine installation, technical service, overhaul and automation processes. The content particularly highlighted the FSL-TX series slitter machines, the FTSC-V series solutions for doypack / stand-up pouch production, and the role of automation in packaging production through AVT inspection.

GMG Technic’s work to meet the mechanical and automation needs of existing machines was assessed together with its production continuity and quality control objectives. This publication is one of the important archive records documenting GMG Technic’s early-period visibility in the Turkish packaging and converting sector through HCI Converting Equipment solutions.

Plast Eurasia İstanbul 2017 was GMG Technic’s first major fair appearance, made shortly after its founding. At the booth where HCI converting solutions were showcased, the FSL-TX1300 slitting and rewinding machine took center stage; in the inventory, the Mesut Alkan + FSL-TX1300 image is marked as the page’s strongest local archive record.

Technical Support for Packaging Printing Machines — Pack Converting Magazine (2017)

GMG Technic’s technical service and automation approach for packaging printing machines was published in the Pack Converting 2017 industry publication under the title “Technical Support for Packaging Printing Machines.” In the publication, GMG Technic’s area of expertise was addressed as brand-independent technical support for flexo, rotogravure and offset printing machines.

The content emphasized the technical support provided to manufacturers through fault diagnosis, maintenance processes, installation, disassembly-assembly and automation work on printing machines; modernization work such as the addition of control panels and the conversion of manual machines to computer control was also covered.

This publication is one of the early-period press records of GMG Technic’s brand-independent technical service approach. Today, GMG Technic continues the same field-focused approach on a broader scale through technical service, overhaul, automation, disassembly-assembly, commissioning and HCI Converting Equipment solutions.

GMG Technic was founded in 2015 in Esenyurt, Istanbul, with a focus on industrial technical service and machine engineering.
