GMG Technic is the authorized technical service point in Türkiye for the Schiavi and Maingroup brands. Spare parts procurement, software updates and warranty-covered on-site interventions are carried out within this scope.

Rotogravure Printing Presses
Mechanical / electrical fault diagnosis on multi-color rotogravure printing lines, overhaul of cylinder and doctor blade units, tension and register system optimization.
Flexo Printing Presses
Independent engineering support for anilox maintenance, sleeve system overhaul, drying tunnel and register control faults on flexo printing units.
Slitter & Rewinder Lines
On-site intervention for blade positioning, tension isolation, winding quality and the PLC drive side on brand-independent slitting and rewinding lines.
Lamination Lines
Support for adhesive dosing, drying tunnel temperature control and tension system faults on solvent, solvent-free and hot-melt lamination lines.
Flexible Packaging & Label Converting
Integrated fault diagnosis and overhaul of flexible packaging converting lines (slitter + bag machine + register control).

On-site service and line optimization for PVC / PET shrink sleeve seaming, sleeve application lines and label finishing machines.

SERVICE APPROACH
Fault Pre-Analysis → On-Site → Commissioning
For service requests, a fault pre-analysis is first carried out by phone / video; if an on-site intervention is required, a technical team is planned. Faulty part identification, spare parts procurement and modification processes are carried out under a single technical responsibility.
After the on-site intervention, operator training and re-commissioning of the line are carried out together with the GMG Technic team. For complex faults, reverse engineering and custom part manufacturing options are available on the engineering side.
Periodic maintenance agreements reduce fault frequency and make production loss predictable. Annual inspection and reporting can be included within the scope of the agreement.
