Material Turning and Guiding System
At GMG Technic we design, manufacture and integrate Turn Bar / material turning and guiding systems for rotogravure and flexo printing, lamination, coating, slitter rewinder and converting lines, applying them to existing lines. Turn Bar systems are used to change the material path in the web process, to turn the film or paper, and to enable double-sided printing and front-side/back-side process transitions. Material transition angle, roll placement, bearing arrangement and aluminium body design are determined with an engineering approach according to the line.
