Label Quality Control and Slitting Machine
GMG QC-360 is a compact machine manufactured by GMG Technic for quality control, slitting, splicing and rewinding of printed label rolls. Built on two 25 mm solid steel frames, it is fully servo driven. It includes a closed-loop tension-controlled unwinder and dual rewinder (Rewinder ×2), a standard razor type slitting unit (max. 10 blades), a splicing/cutting unit and a stroboscope inspection system. It offers 300 m/min mechanical speed, 700 mm unwinder/rewinder diameter, a 10" touchscreen operator panel and remote service via network cloud.

Label Quality Control + Slitting on a Single Platform
GMG QC-360 inspects printed label rolls, removes and splices defective sections, slits to the desired width and rewinds.
Servo-driven closed-loop tension control and dual rewinder deliver stable results with continuously constant tension; the stroboscope enables print monitoring on the moving web.
