Semi-Rotary Label Die Cutting and Finishing Machine
The GMG HM-350 is a compact converting machine manufactured by GMG Technic for the die cutting, matrix stripping, rewinding and finishing of digitally printed labels. Built on two 25 mm solid steel frames, it is fully servo-driven; it provides high accuracy with minimal vibration. The magnetic die cutting unit operates in both semi-rotary and full-rotary modes. With a closed-loop tension-controlled unwinder and rewinder, electronic web guide and register mark sensor, it offers precise print-to-cut tracking. Working width 350 mm, unwinder/rewinder diameter 700 mm, full-rotary speed 120 m/min, ±0.15 mm cutting accuracy.
