Activation Robot
At GMG Technic we delivered an activation robot project developed specifically for a PU (polyurethane) footwear production machine. In this project, the goal was to make the activation step in the footwear production process more controlled, repeatable and efficient. The activation robot increases production quality and efficiency in PU footwear production lines by providing material surface preparation, pre-process activation and process repeatability. The mechanical construction, motion system and automation were designed and implemented by GMG Technic.
