The FSC-V803-4 Header Bag machine is delivered with the following standard systems for header medical sterilization pouch production. Twin body + Tyvek feeding, multi-layer heat sealing, water cooling and product separation/cutting units are included as standard.

Unwind and Material Feeding

Modular Options

Functional optional units that can be added according to production needs. All options are configured to order.

Air Chiller
An external cooling unit that improves the temperature balance of the seal and cooling sections, stabilizing seal quality during high-speed, long-duration production.
Conveyor
Outfeed conveyor with AC 150W main drive and inverter-based feed speed adjustment (working area 800 mm × 2000 mm). Transfers the produced pouches to the station in an orderly manner.
FDS-450 Trim Winder
An auxiliary unit that continuously winds and collects the edge/strip trim generated during cutting; organizes waste management and keeps the line area clean.
