The HCI Converting Equipment FSC-201 servo-driven high speed PVC shrink sleeve label cutting machine is designed to cut labels into individual slit counts at the sleeve seaming output. With a 10–400 mm cutting length (±0.05 mm tolerance for a 100 mm slit), 30–200 mm cutting width and a cutting speed of 30–350 pieces per minute (max. 35 m/min working speed), it is one of the most precise cutting machines on the market. The special "JAW" cutting unit (dedicated jaw-type cutting unit) + Servo 1800W material pulling motor + Servo drive 2000W + German-made photocell deliver millimetre-accurate cutting on printed products. With the standard package’s TD perforation (90° + 75°) + cantilever unwind + conveyor + static eliminator + HMI control system, a complete single-line cutting operation is carried out. Production Advantages

Special “JAW” Cutting Unit (Signature)
The jaw-type special cutting unit is included in the standard package; the sleeve material is held firmly between two jaws while cutting, preventing dimensional drift and skewed cuts. It delivers a ±0.05 mm tolerance value for a 100 mm cut.
Servo-Driven Material Pulling
Servo 1800W material pulling motor + Servo drive 2000W are included in the standard package. The sleeve material is pulled to the exact dimension on every cut, so no incorrect-length cuts occur.
German Photocell + Print Line Detection
The German-made photocell is included in the standard package; on printed sleeve products the colour register line is read to guarantee the cutting position. When the photocell is ineffective, an automatic stop is performed.
TD Perforation + Automatic Counting
TD (Transverse Direction) perforation 90° + 75° two units + position adjustment device + automatic counter + cumulative recorder + correct-position automatic stop indicator are included in the standard package. Production tracking is fully automatic.

Detailed Features
FSC-201 Servo High Speed Cutting — components included in the standard package
Cantilever unwind + Quick lock or coreless
On the unwind side, a cantilever unwind is included in the standard package; it is delivered with a 3 inch quick lock shaft or 5-claw coreless type (ID 300 mm) option. A manual liner brake completes the tension control.
Dancer Roller (Material Feed)
The sleeve material coming from the unwind passes over a dancer roller; feed tension is continuously controlled and works in sync with the servo material pulling system.
TD Perforation Unit (90° + 75°)
The standard package includes a TD perforation unit + 90° perforation unit + 75° perforation unit + TD perforation position adjustment device. Perforation from two angles ensures compatibility with different sleeve designs.
Main Drive AC 1HP
The main drive AC motor 1HP is included in the standard package. Its low power class suits the energy infrastructure of medium-capacity workshops.
Servo Material Pulling Motor 1800W + Drive 2000W (Signature)
The sleeve material pulling servo motor 1800W + Servo drive 2000W are included in the standard package. Each cut pulls to the exact dimension, and cutting precision reaches the ±0.05 mm level.
Material Feed Motor AC 1/2HP
On the feed side, a separate AC motor 1/2HP is included in the standard package. The sleeve material feed speed is controlled independently.
HMI Control System (Signature)
The standard package includes a colour touch screen + automatic counter + correct-position automatic stop indicator + cumulative recorder + photocell-ineffective automatic stop functions. Production tracking is fully automatic.
German Photocell
The German-made photocell is included in the standard package; on printed sleeve products the colour register line (print register mark) is read to guarantee the cutting position.
Special “JAW” Cutting Unit
The special “JAW” jaw-type cutting unit is included in the standard package; the sleeve material is held firmly between two jaws while cutting. Dimensional drift and skewed cuts are prevented.
Static eliminator
A static eliminator is included in the standard package for static electricity on the plastic PVC sleeve film material. Operator safety and sleeve dispensing are trouble-free.
Conveyor (200 × 800 mm)
The standard package includes a conveyor (200 mm width × 800 mm length working area) + AC 25W main drive + inverter (feed speed adjustment). Cut sleeves are transferred over the conveyor to the product collecting table.
