The HCI Converting Equipment FSC-301 is a servo-driven high speed PVC shrink sleeve label cutting machine; it is designed to separate labels into individual cut pieces at the output of the sleeve seaming process. It delivers high-precision cutting with a 10–400 mm cutting length (±0.05 mm tolerance for a 100 mm piece), 30–200 mm cutting width and a cutting speed of 300 pcs/min (max. 30 m/min feed speed). The cutting length is kept stable by the servo material pull (2900W) and the upper-lower flat cutting unit; on printed products, the photocell reads the colour register mark and aligns the cutting position. With the TD perforation (90° + 75°) in the standard package + cantilever-type unwind + conveyor + static eliminator + HMI control system, a complete cutting operation is carried out on a single line. Production Advantages
- Servo-Controlled Cutting Length — The servo pull system helps the sleeve material advance by the same amount at every cut; the cutting length and production repeatability become more stable.
- Perforation and Cutting for Shrink Sleeve — The FSC series combines perforation and cutting operations for shrink sleeve labels on the same line; the cutting width and length are selected by model from the variant table.
- High-Volume Cutting Production — It provides high-volume cutting production according to the series model and product size; the speed value (e.g. FSC-201 30–350 pcs/min) depends on the material, cutting length and configuration.
- Stable Feeding and Product Output — The unwind, dancer roller, servo pull, static eliminator and product collection work together to help the sleeve material pass through the cutting line in a controlled manner.

What is the FSC-201 / FSC-301 / FSC-501 Series?
A series of servo high speed PVC shrink sleeve label cutting machines
The FSC-201 / FSC-301 / FSC-501 is a series of servo high speed cutting machines designed for the perforation and cutting of PVC shrink sleeve labels. The three models share the same cutting platform; the only difference is the cutting width (FSC-201 30–200 mm · FSC-301 30–300 mm · FSC-501 30–500 mm).
With flexible cutting profiles, it adapts to a variety of sleeve label designs. In addition to shrink sleeve labels, it is also used for the cutting of electronic and optical materials, film and foil rolls.
Thanks to the German-made photocell and servo material pull system, high cutting precision is achieved on printed products. Capacity and equipment differences are compared in the variant table below.

The machine’s operating logic and core technical features
Unwind and Feed Control
The cantilever-type unwind feeds the material roll at constant tension; the dancer roller and servo pull system balance the feed tension. At high speed the film enters the line steadily, without slipping.
Perforation Process
The transverse direction (TD) perforation unit creates the tear/cut line between sleeve labels. With the 90° and 75° units and position adjustment, it adapts to different sleeve designs.
Servo-Precise Cutting Length
The cutting length is controlled by the servo material pull motor; an exact amount is pulled at every cut. This keeps the cut length constant and repeatable and reduces waste.
Print Register Detection
The German-made photocell reads the colour register mark on the printed sleeve and aligns the cutting position to this mark. On printed products, the labels are cut at the same point.
Cutting and Static Management
The upper-lower flat cutting unit cuts the sleeve film along its full length. The static eliminator removes the static electricity in the PVC film, preventing the labels from sticking and avoiding dispensing problems.
Automation and Product Output
The micro-computer / HMI control system manages the automatic counting, cumulative recording and automatic stop functions. The cut labels are collected neatly on the product collection table (optional conveyor).

Rewind Oscillation System
A rewind oscillation system for a more even reel rewind with a right/left 15 mm oscillation movement. Supplied with EPC, a 40W speed control motor and an oscillation speed controller.

An optional package for raising the mechanical operating speed to a maximum of 46 m/min and the cutting speed to a maximum of 460 pcs/min in a suitable configuration. The package includes a 2.5 kg/m powder brake + 3″ air shaft unwind, an additional nip roller on the web feed roller, a column-type cutting device with a 300 mm working width, a pneumatic pull roller and a web feed motor upgraded to 1 HP.
