The FP-X250-2 is HCI's high-speed turret rewind shrink sleeve seaming machine, meeting the requirements of high-speed production, automatic roll change and in-line inspection. With automatic seaming, in-line layflat width and automatic solvent detection, it combines the seaming and quality control processes in a single machine. The newly developed precision needle-type solvent feeding system increases the stability of solvent application. As the Türkiye distributor, GMG Technic carries out the sales, installation, commissioning and technical support processes.

- Solvent Seaming and Needle-Type Application — A laboratory-grade peristaltic-pump needle-type solvent application system keeps the solvent volume stable and automatically synchronizes with the running speed.

The FP-X250-2 is a high-speed turret rewind shrink sleeve seaming machine. With automatic roll change, online inspection, in-line layflat and automatic solvent detection, it consolidates the seaming and inspection/doctoring process in a single flow.
The needle-type precision solvent feeding system keeps solvent application stable during sleeve forming and seaming. Load-cell and dancer-roller tension control eliminates the tension fluctuations caused by auto splice, ensuring stable production at high speed.

The machine’s working principle and core technical features
Unwind and Tension Control
With a horizontal unwind, load cell and dancer roller, the unwind tension is automatically controlled; auto-splice fluctuations are eliminated and the web is fed stably.
Solvent Seaming Process
Needle-type solvent application system; the peristaltic pump adjusts the solvent volume according to the running speed. The sleeve is formed and seamed with solvent.
Turret Rewind and Automatic Roll Change
Dual air-shaft turret rewinder; rotates and splices automatically once the preset length or diameter is reached. Production continues without stopping the machine, increasing efficiency.
Layflat / Sleeve Width Control
The sleeve layflat width is controlled with a fully automatic forming unit and adjustable forming table; optional ultrasonic width detection can be added.
Online Control and Solvent Detection
Solvent detection and width inspection for seaming quality; warning or automatic stop is triggered when out of tolerance.
Line Control via HMI / PLC
Automatic unwind/rewind tension control, turret management and meter counter via a 10 inch color LCD HMI; the line is managed from a single panel.
