The HCI Converting Equipment FSC-301PVC is a servo-driven high-speed PVC shrink sleeve label cutting machine; it is the wide cutting width (up to 300 mm) variant of the FSC-201. With a cutting length of 50–400 mm, a cutting width of 30–300 mm, and a cutting speed of 300 pieces per minute (feeding speed 30 m/min), it is aimed at wide-band sleeve label cutting requirements. A special “JAW” cutting unit + servo material pulling motor + servo driver + German-made photocell + AC 1HP main drive provide millimetre-precision cutting by reading the sleeve print register line. With the TD perforation (90° + 75°) + cantilever unwind + conveyor + static eliminator + HMI control system included in the standard package, a complete cutting operation is performed on a single line. Cantilevered Unwind + Quick Lock or Coreless

A cantilevered unwind is included in the standard package on the unwind side; it is delivered with a 3 inch quick lock shaft or five-claw coreless type (ID 300 mm) option. A manual lining brake completes the tension control.

Dancer Roller Material Feeding

The sleeve material coming from the unwind passes over the dancer roller; the feeding tension is continuously controlled and works in synchronization with the servo material pulling system.

TD Perforation Unit (90° + 75°)

The standard package includes a TD perforation unit + 90° perforation unit + 75° perforation unit + TD perforation position adjustment unit. Perforation from two angles ensures compatibility with different sleeve designs.

Main Drive AC 1HP

The main drive AC motor 1HP is included in the standard package. With its low power class, it suits the energy infrastructure of medium-capacity workshops.

Servo Material Pulling (Signature)

The sleeve material pulling servo motor + servo driver are included in the standard package. Pulling is done to the exact measure at each cut, with cutting precision at the millimetre level.

HMI Control System

The standard package includes a color touch screen + automatic counter + right position automatic stop indicator + accumulative recorder + photocell ineffective automatic stop. Production tracking is performed fully automatically.

German Photocell

The German-made photocell is included in the standard package; on printed sleeve products, the colour register line is read to guarantee the cutting position.

Special “JAW” Cutting Unit

The special “JAW” jaw-type cutting unit is included in the standard package; the sleeve material is held firmly between two jaws while being cut. Wide-band cutting up to 300 mm width is provided.

Static Eliminator

A static eliminator is included in the standard package for static electricity on plastic PVC sleeve film material. Operator safety and sleeve distribution are trouble-free.

Conveyor

A conveyor is included in the standard package; wide-band cut sleeves are transferred via the conveyor to the product collection table.

Vertical Continuous Perforation Unit

Vertical continuous perforation device; 70° hard roller + shelf & fitting + 1 mm pitch blade. Uniform perforation is applied along the sleeve.

Additional Independent Unwind Stand

An independent unwind stand (3 inch core or five-claw coreless) in addition to the standard cantilevered unwind. Two sleeve sources are used in parallel.
