The FP-250 is designed for the high-speed center seaming of shrink sleeve materials such as PVC, PS, PET and POF. With its heavy-duty frame, AC motor + inverter drive, magnetic powder brake unwind, sleeve width adjustment device (no forming plate required for widths above 50 mm), automatic solvent flow system and load-cell rewind, it delivers stable and economical seaming. It is managed by a color LCD touch-screen micro-computer control system. As the Türkiye distributor, GMG Technic handles sales, installation, commissioning and technical support.

What is the FP-250?
High-speed shrink sleeve solvent seaming machine
The FP-250 is a high-speed sleeve seaming machine designed for the center seam seaming of PVC, PS, PET and POF shrink sleeve labels. It performs solvent seaming with disc and wick type glue applicators; the solvent flow adapts automatically to the machine speed.
No forming plate is required for sleeve widths above 50 mm. With load-cell rewind tension control and magnetic powder brake unwind tension control, it delivers stable production at high speed.

Unwind and Web Guiding
Cantilever-type unwind stand, 3″ air shaft and EPC web guider for precise film guiding; the magnetic powder brake controls unwind tension.
Sleeve Forming
Sleeve width adjustment unit and modular acrylic forming plate; forming is performed without a forming plate for widths above 50 mm.
Solvent Seaming Process
Pneumatic stainless glue tank + disc (before forming) and wick (after forming) applicators for solvent seaming; flow adapts automatically to speed, with a drying blower for fast drying.
Drive System
AC 3HP main drive + inverter + steel/rubber nip roller + meter counter for stable web flow.
Rewind and Tension Control (Load Cell)
Cantilever rewind stand, 3″ air shaft and load-cell rewind tension control; static eliminator for trouble-free rewinding.
