The FK-N Center Seal & Gusset Machine is a standalone bag making stand unit designed to produce center-seal, side-gusset bags from thick, multi-layer laminated film (poly bags). When run together with the FSC-303 Three-Step Bottom Seal & Cutting Machine, it delivers the function of an in-line center-seal, gusseted bag making line. The three-AC-motor control system (main drive, feed and draw) raises production speed; the oscillating-shaft drive components are purpose-designed for long service life and easy maintenance. The FK-N is a standalone bag making stand unit designed to produce center-seal, side-gusset bags from thick, multi-layer laminated film. On its own it performs the center-seal and gusset function; combined with the FSC-303 Three-Step Bottom Seal & Cutting Machine it delivers the function of an in-line center-seal, gusseted bag making line.
The three-AC-motor drive, automatic temperature controllers and rewind dancer roller unit provide stable tension, precise heating and high production continuity. When the bag width exceeds 110 mm, no die plate is required for the side gusset.
