The FSE series is a roll quality control and rewinding machine family designed for the quality inspection and rewinding of finished rolls. It is used for post-print surface inspection, converting a small roll into a large roll (or vice versa), and quality control of converting / electronic / optical material rolls. It is offered with FSE-1000, FSE-1300 and FSE-1600 working width options. As the Türkiye distributor, GMG Technic provides the sales, installation, commissioning and technical support processes.

What is FSE?
Inspection (doctoring) rewinding machine
The FSE series is a re-reeling machine that inspects (doctoring) printed/laminated rolls in-line while rewinding them.
It inspects the material surface during rewinding with a fluorescent inspection lamp, EPC edge guiding, powder brake/clutch tension control and a PLC.
It is adapted to different inspection needs with modular options such as synchronized flash light, perforation and LPC web guiding.
