The FTSC-V600-3 is a multi-format pouch making machine that produces three-side seal pouches, stand-up (Doypack), bottom-gusset stand-up, zipper pouches, combined stand-up + zipper and four-side seal pouches on a single machine. It is suitable for heat-seal co-extrusion and multi-layer films (Polyester, BOPP, CPP laminates). Thanks to its five-servo-motor drive, dual feeding servo motors and new external transmission mechanism, it delivers roughly 30% higher efficiency than conventional pouch machines. As the Turkey distributor, GMG Technic manages sales, installation, commissioning, operator training and technical support.

What Is the FTSC-V600-3?

Three / four-side, stand-up (Doypack) and zipper pouch platform

The FTSC-V600-3 is a multi-purpose pouch making machine designed for flexible packaging producers. With its horizontal unwind stand and 3-inch air shaft, roll feeding is handled by a single operator; the web guide system (line/edge) ensures the accuracy of seal and cut positions. The five-servo-motor drive controls pouch length with high precision via the front and middle draw stands. With its dual-function unwind stand and secondary gusset device options, it extends to bottom-gusset stand-up and four-side seal pouch production.

Technical Features

FTSC-V600-3 working principle and main mechanisms

Main Drive Servo Motor

The operator independently adjusts feeding and sealing time for each material. No seal temperature adjustment is needed during acceleration; this mechanism significantly reduces material waste.

Dual Feeding Servo Motor

Pouch length is controlled with high precision by servo motors driving the middle and rear draw stands; production speed is increased.

Web Transport and Tension Control

Separate tension values for the unwind/forming, zipper-gusset placement, side and bottom seal zones; each buffer roller provides automatic speed change via VR.

Zipper and Side Seal Section

An automatic lowering device prevents material overheating when the machine stops; HCI zipper guide and cooling plate with an ultrasonic sealing unit.

Temperature Control System

Microprocessor PID temperature controllers running with SSR communicate every 2 seconds; upper/lower limit alarms and speed-linked automatic temperature adjustment are standard.

Servo Cutting Unit

Easily adjustable and durable cutting unit; the dual-cut function removes in-line corner and notch burrs, improving product quality.

Micro Position Offset Tension System

The new dancer roller unit is controlled by two separate pneumatic cylinders; the system automatically achieves the most stable tension by altering the servo feed length.

HMI Control System

10.4" color touchscreen; standard/multi-seal-single-cut/skip/dual-cut modes, 99-recipe memory and automatic parameter saving on power loss.

Fault Detection System

Motors, inverters, control box communication, punches, sensors and seal temperatures are monitored; any abnormal location is shown directly on the screen.
