What is the FLM-DRY?
Dry (solvent-based) lamination machine — high-barrier flexible packaging
The FLM-DRY dry lamination machine is a multilayer flexible packaging production line that applies adhesive to one film, evaporates the solvent in the drying tunnel, and then bonds it to a second film.
With its gravure coating unit, four-zone drying tunnel, thermal-oil heated lamination roller and PLC control, it laminates film, foil and paper combinations with high barrier and strength.
Automatic tension control, edge guiding and turret-type unwind/rewind units provide uninterrupted, stable and high-speed production.
