The FSE-2 (model FSE-1300-2) is HCI Converting Equipment's reversible rewinding and roll inspection platform. It is designed for surface quality control of flexible packaging, electronic, TFT-LCD and optical material rolls, defect detection of printed film and laminate, and reversible rewinding. It converts a small roll into a large roll (or vice versa) and rewinds slit rolls with uneven edges or tension. As the Türkiye distributor, GMG Technic provides sales, installation, commissioning and technical support processes.

Reversible rewinding and roll inspection machine (flagship)
The FSE-2 is the series flagship re-reeling and roll inspection machine that rewinds rolls reversibly and inspects them in line.
With PLC & HMI control, EPC edge guiding, a splicing table and flash light inspection units, it delivers high-precision rewinding and quality inspection.
With modular options such as servo drive, LPC web guide and vacuum edge trim extraction, it meets the most demanding production needs.

FSE-2 operating principle and key technical features
Reversible Rewinding
Forward and reverse rewinding; roll direction is changed at any moment via forward-reverse adjustment.
Roll Surface Inspection
Surface defect inspection of printed film/laminate with an inspection table and fluorescent light; automatic rewinding with length memory.
Load Cell Servo Tension
Unwind/rewind servo motor + drive; the tension measured by the load cell is automatically balanced, maintaining a stable rewinding profile.
8\" Touch PLC Control
8" color LCD touch panel; 50 recipe memory, film length control, automatic stop on material break and at length.
Motor-Adjusted Unwind Arms
The right and left unwind arms are motor-driven; the operator freely adjusts the working width.
Shaftless Pneumatic Chuck Unwind Stand
Floating type, shaftless structure + pneumatic chuck; the main roll is loaded quickly and easily with a 3" quick lock chuck.
Load Cell Tension Control
The load cell on the unwind side measures the tension; it is automatically increased/decreased according to the set value, providing constant tension.
EPC Edge Guiding
EPC (edge position control) provides the most even rewinding edge.
Reversible Rewinding Unit
The rewinding direction can be changed at any time via the forward-reverse adjustment function.
Servo Drive System
Rewinding servo 7.5 HP + unwind servo 5 HP, each with a drive; precise and stable motion control.
