The FSP Series is a quality-control and rewinding machine designed for the rewinding and quality control of shrink label rolls. It inspects the center seaming quality, print and surface quality of the shrink label in-line. It is an indispensable preparation step before the automatic shrink label applicator machine. It is offered with FSP-250 and FSP-350 width options. As the Türkiye distributor, GMG Technic provides the sales, installation, commissioning and technical support processes.

What is FSP?
Shrink label rewinding and inspection (doctoring) machine
The FSP series is a high-speed re-reeling / doctoring machine that rewinds shrink labels rolls and inspects them in-line.
With PLC & HMI control, EPC edge guiding, automatic tension control and stroboscope/flash light inspection units, it inspects print and material quality during rewinding.
With modular options such as phosphor detection, perforation and oscillation, it adapts to different label production needs.
