What is the FSP-250?
Shrink label rewinding and doctoring/inspection machine
The FSP-250 is a rewinding (re-reeling) and doctoring (doctoring/inspection) machine for shrink sleeve labels. It inspects the center seaming quality and the print/surface of the shrink label; it performs the indispensable process prior to the automatic sleeve inserting machine.
With its console five-claw coreless unwind, magnetic powder brake tension control, variable-speed inverter drive and automatic tension-controlled rewinding, it provides smooth-edged, stable rewinding. With the inspection board and the optional stroboscope/flash light, print quality is monitored in real time.

Unwind and Tension Control
Unwind tension is controlled with the console five-claw coreless unwind and magnetic powder brake; fast roll changes are enabled.
Variable Speed Drive
The inverter main drive provides variable speed to suit different materials and thicknesses.
Doctoring / Inspection
Visual checking is performed with the inspection board; center seaming quality and print/surface are inspected in real time with the optional stroboscope/flash light.
Rewinding and Tension Control
