Aluminum Foil and Paper Embossing Machine
The HCI FEM series surface embossing machine creates patterned surface embossing on beer labels, tobacco foil, beverage labels, book covers, envelopes, invitations and greeting cards, as well as packaging paper boxes. A hydraulically operated embossing system and micrometric adjustment ensure consistent grain depth; the hard-chrome plated embossing roller with a nylon-pressed steel backing roller delivers a clear, perfect grain. It offers load-cell automatic tension control, single-air-shaft surface rewind and a speed of 0–120 m/min. It suits materials such as paper laminate, metallized paper, aluminum foil/paper and composite film. The FEM series applies patterned embossing to aluminum foil and paper surfaces, enhancing the visual effect and perceived quality of labels and packaging.
The embossing system operates hydraulically; micrometric adjustment ensures consistent grain depth. The hard-chrome plated embossing roller with the nylon-pressed backing roller produces a clear and perfect grain.
Load-cell automatic tension control and the curved roller unit ensure the material is fed parallel without wrinkling.
