Servo Three-Step Bottom Sealing & Cutting Machine
The HCI FSC-303 three-step bottom sealing and cutting machine delivers airtight, stable bottom seals on thick, hard-to-seal poly films thanks to three separate sealing stations (top+bottom heating, top heating, water cooling), 6 units of 500W heaters and 3 sets of automatic thermal controllers. It is suitable for producing side-sealed bags, gusseted and center-sealed bags, zigzag-cut bags and bags with punched holes/notches. It offers a 50–400 mm cutting length (1200 mm on request), 30–300 mm cutting width and a 30–130 pcs/min production range. The main mechanisms that build the production logic
Unwind Section
The interchangeable unwind shaft is suitable for five-claw coreless and 3" paper cores. The AC-motor dancer roller unit ensures the most stable film feeding even at high speed.
Three-Step Bottom Sealing
Three-station closure: (1) top + bottom heating, (2) top heating, (3) water cooling — airtight closure. Designed especially for thick and hard-to-seal poly bags.
Automatic Lifting Unit
Bottom seal plate automatic lifting unit; prevents the material from overheating or breaking when the machine stops (Patent No. 42360).
PID Temperature Control
Microprocessor PID temperature controllers provide the most precise and fastest heating performance; constant temperature in the sealing zone.
Servo Cutting Section
The cutting length is precisely controlled by a servo motor working with a photocell sensor; it noticeably increases production speed.
Skip Seal
With the skip seal function, the bag length can reach up to 9 times the feeding length; different cutting patterns on a common parent roll.
6 Heaters + 3 Thermal Controllers
6 units of 500W×320mm bottom seal heaters + 3 sets of automatic thermal controllers; separate control for each sealing station.
Embossing Plate Set
8 / 10 / 12 mm bottom seal embossing plate set standard; selection option according to different film characteristics.
Micro-Computer Control
Automatic counter, cumulative record and automatic stop when the photocell is disabled; eases operator monitoring.
