HCI Friction Quick Lock Ring (Signature)
Precision friction rewinding ring developed by HCI + automatic side-pressure compensation. 28 pcs friction ring + 2 sets quick lock shaft. No manual adjustment is needed on speed and diameter changes.
Universal Material Slitting
PE, PP, PET, OPP, CPP, PVC, cellophane, paper roll, photonic / optical material, protective label. Dual cutting with razor in groove roller + shear blade cutting.
4 Sets of Independent Lay-On Rollers
4 sets of independent pneumatic lay-on rollers included in the standard package. Position and width adjustable to the slit; full contact and solid roll structure on narrow web rolls.
Modular Upgrade Packages
4-Servo motor drive (3500W ×4) + Siemens PLC (9″ HMI) + Ball Type Quick Lock + Japan-made LPC + Air Brake 17 kg/m + AC Vector 7.5HP. The package is selected according to line needs.
Pneumatic Shaftless Unwind Stand
The left and right arms are motor-driven; fast parent roll gripping with a pneumatic chuck (pressure chuck). Floating type, a single operator is sufficient. Major parameter setting via the side control panel.
Powder Brake 10 kg/m + Load Cell Unwind Tension
Standard package: powder brake 10 kg/m + load cell sensor tension control. With automatic PLC comparison, tension is kept constant as the roll diameter changes. Air brake 17 kg/m optional upgrade.
LPC Web Guiding (Standard)
LPC web guiding (printing line + edge dual mode) in the standard package. The unwind unit moves ±50 mm horizontally. Japan LPC optional.
Pneumatic Nip Rubber Roller
A perfect isolation point between unwind and rewind. Slip and scratch risk is eliminated; surface quality is preserved on thin and sensitive material.
Three Independent Motor Winding
3 independent vector motors (5HP × 3) for upper rewind, lower rewind and main drive roller + 3 vector inverters. Upper/lower different direction and tension taper control.
Dual Cutting: Razor in Groove Roller + Shear Blade (10 sets)
Shear Knife Cutting Unit (Ø118 × 92, 10 sets) + aluminum spacer (6, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100 mm × 6 pcs) + Razor Groove Cutting System (groove roller + 10 razor cutting unit). Shaft tracks + protective guard.

4 Sets Pneumatic Lay-On Roller
4 sets of independent pneumatic lay-on rollers included in the standard package. Each lay-on roller is adjustable to the slit by position and width. Rubber + aluminum 500 mm interchangeable cylinder set.
Product Discharge Rack
Standard package includes a product discharge rack + 2 sets of cantilever type unloading shafts (800 mm). Heavy rolls are lowered ergonomically, shortening the roll change time.
PLC + 7.5" Color HMI + 50 Recipe Memory
Standard package: 7.5 inch color LCD touchscreen. Unwind and rewind tension automatic control, automatic stop on material break, recipe memory 50 units, meter-tracked automatic stop, different upper/lower winding direction and rewind tension automatic increase. Siemens PLC + 9″ HMI optional.
Anti-Static Brush (2 Sets)
2 sets of anti-static brushes before the upper and lower rewind. Static discharge on plastic and thin film material, winding quality and operator safety.
Vacuum Type Edge Trim Removal (3HP Blower, Standard)
Standard package: vacuum type trim discharge + 3HP blower fan. Edge trim is transferred out of the line, providing a clean working environment. Blowing type optional.
