The FSL-TR1300 is a high-performance HCI solution targeting automatic winding transfer, a turret rewind structure and uninterrupted production flow on high-efficiency slitter rewinder lines. With automatic splicing, web cutting, paper core positioning, finished roll pusher and a turret-type roll discharge structure, it reduces operator load in production with frequent reel changes. With a 0–500 m/min mechanical speed, a 600 mm rewind diameter, an E+L Germany LPC web guiding system, a 15 inch color HMI and 99 recipe memory, the FSL-TR is, alongside the FSL-TX, one of GMG Technic’s flagship models in the Slitter category.

What Is the FSL-TR1300?
Automatic turret winding, automatic splicing and automatic cutting platform
The FSL-TR1300 is a turret rewind slitter-rewinder; it is designed for the automatic slitting and rewinding of film, foil, paper and flexible packaging materials. With its shaftless unwind, dancer-roller tension control and turret winding system, it provides uninterrupted and precise winding at high speed.

Production Advantages
- With automatic splicing (servo-motor, 1300W + 400W) and automatic film cutting (flying-knife cutting unit), the line does not stop during roll change. Production efficiency is top-level.
- 4 rewind shafts + turret rotation mechanism (AC 1HP motor + magnetic clutch × 4) + 4 sets of ball-type differential winding shaft. Tension is automatically adjusted via the winding diameter calculation system.
- Shaftless unwind stand + unwind dancer-roller system (low-friction roller + linear potentiometer) + load cell feedback for stable unwind tension control across the entire speed range.
- 15 inch color LCD touchscreen HMI: graphical interface, remote connection mode, manual / semi-automatic / fully-automatic production mode selection, recipe memory 99 units.
- E+L Germany-made LPC web guider in the standard package. Print-line and edge dual-mode high-precision tracking.
- Operator intervention is reduced with Automatic Paper Core Positioning + Finished Roll Pusher (Servo 1800W).

FSL-TR operating principle and core technical features
Non-Stop Turret Winding
Automatic splicing + automatic web cutting + 4-shaft turret rotation system. When the pre-set length or winding diameter is reached, automatic cutting, splicing and shaft change. It enables the continuous production line to run at high efficiency.
500 m/min High Line Speed
Stable operation across the mechanical 0–500 m/min speed range. Dancer roller + load cell automatic tension control delivers consistent winding quality even under speed and diameter changes.
E+L Germany LPC Standard
E+L Germany-made LPC web guider in the standard package. Print-line / edge dual-mode high precision. The unwind unit moves ±75 mm horizontally.
15" Color HMI + Intelligent Control
15 inch color LCD touchscreen. Graphical interface, production mode selection (manual/semi/fully-automatic), remote connection, parameter memory 99 units, slit width adjustment function.
Shaftless Unwind Stand + Hydraulic Up/Down Movable
Compact-type hydraulic up/down unwind stand. The left and right arms are motor-driven, with a pneumatic chuck (3 inch quick lock) for fast main roll gripping. Hydraulic lift from floor to working position. An additional remote control panel on the unwind side.
Dancer Roller + Load Cell Unwind Tension Control
Unwind dancer-roller system in the standard package. Low-friction rollers (2 pcs) + linear potentiometer. Drive by AC Vector 15HP + inverter. Combined load cell + dancer control delivers stable tension across the entire speed range.
E+L Germany LPC Film Guider (Standard)
E+L Germany-made LPC web guider in the standard package. Print-line + edge dual-mode high-precision tracking. The slitting position is guaranteed via the ±75 mm horizontal movement of the unwind unit.
Unwind-Side Splicing Table
Unwind-side splicing table + tape dispenser + reflective mirror in the standard package. Manual splicing is accelerated, material changeover is practical.
4 Independent Vector Motors + Drive (Inverter)
Main motor 15HP vector + 2 sets rewind motor 10HP vector + 3 sets vector inverter. The upper rewind, lower rewind and main drive roller are independently motorized — turret rotation is a separate AC 1HP motor + magnetic clutch × 4.
Dual Cutting: Groove-Roller Razor + Shear Knife (10 sets + spacers)
Shear cutting unit Ø118 × 92 (10 sets) + aluminum spacer (6, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 100 mm × 6 pcs) + razor-in-groove cutting system (groove roller + 10 razor cutting units). Knife setting is done from the front.
Automatic Splicing Device (Servo Motor, 1300W + 400W)
Automatic splicing device in the standard package. Servo-motor 1300W transfer roller + 400W slideway motor. Adhesive tape transfer roller + release liner rewind (200 mm). The line does not stop during roll change.
Automatic Film Cutting Device (Flying Knife + 2 Sets Nip Roller)
Automatic film cutting device in the standard package. 2 sets of nip rollers + 2 sets of flying-knife cutting units. It works synchronized with automatic splicing, production continuity is top-level.
Turret Winding System (Patent No. M620523, 4 Shafts + Rotation)
4 sets of ball-type quick lock winding shaft (104 pcs 50mm ball lock rings) + AC 1HP turret rotation motor (with positioning brake) + magnetic clutch × 4 + 2 sets 1HP reverse-rotation motor. Pre-set length/diameter → automatic cutting, splicing, shaft change.
Pneumatic Lay-On Winding Roller (2 Sets)
Full-width pneumatically loaded lay-on roller system (2 pairs). Interchangeable roller set: rubber 30 Shore (3 inch × L1300, for thin and irregular-thickness film) + cork-tape-wrapped aluminum (for regular plastic film). Gravity or pneumatically loaded dual mode.
Finished Roll Pusher (Servo 1800W) + Paper Core Positioning
Servo-motor 1800W driven finished roll pusher + 3 inch core auxiliary pusher. Pneumatic paper core positioning system for roll widths of 100mm and above (2 sets pneumatic clamp + 2 sets positioning plate).
Automatic Turret + Up/Down Discharge Unit (Standard)
Automatic turret / up-down type discharge device in the standard package. 2 pcs 3 inch discharge shaft (1000mm) + automatic swing-out (1HP swing-out motor + positioning brake) + shaft rotation (2HP + brake) + up/down (2HP motor).
PLC + 15" Color HMI Touchscreen + 99 Recipe Memory
15 inch color LCD touchscreen. Automatic unwind/rewind tension control, automatic splicing/web cutting control, turret rotation control, finished roll pusher + paper core positioning control, automatic stop on material break, recipe memory 99 units.
