Servo Sheeting (Cross Cutting) Machine
The HCI FCC servo sheeting machine delivers high-precision positioning and cutting with a numerically controlled servomotor. It cuts film and foil rolls (plastic, paper, aluminum foil, electronic and optical materials) into precise sheets. It offers a 1–9999 mm cutting length, 100–600 mm cutting width, ±0.2 mm tolerance at a 500 mm cut, and a production rate of 40–90 pcs/min depending on the material length. A lift-up unwind stand, magnetic powder brake, servo cutting system, static eliminator and product collecting board are standard.
