Rigid Film Flattening and Sheeting Machine
HCI FSC-G flattens rigid plastic and paper films (max. 2 mm thickness) with a heated steel roller hot oil circulation system, then cuts them into precise sheets with a digitally controlled stepper motor. Hot oil (kerosene) circulation provides energy savings; the hydraulically controlled cutter requires no extra adjustment for thick or thin material. It offers a 0–9999 mm cutting length (±0.1 mm/500 mm), 200–1000 mm cutting width and touch screen control. Rigid Film Flattening + Sheeting in a Single Machine
FSC-G is a two-stage machine in which the rigid film is first flattened by passing through heated steel rollers, then cut into precise sheets by the stepper motor cutting unit.
The automatic thermo-controlled hot oil circulation system keeps the roller temperature stable; two sets of automatic thermo controllers and a total of 6 units of 4500 W heaters provide thermal stability.
The lift-up unwind stand allows a single operator to load the parent roll, while the magnetic powder brake enables stable tension control.

Unwind Section
Lift-up unwind stand with 3" air shaft; a single operator loads the parent roll. Stable feeding with magnetic powder brake + AC dancer roller.
Flattening (Flatten) Section
Automatic thermo-controlled heated oil circulation system; flattens rigid films evenly and smoothly.
Hot Oil Heating
The heating roller operates with hot kerosene circulation; provides energy and cost savings.
