The HCI Converting Equipment FDC-600 Shaped Pouch Die Cutting is a portable shaped bag die-cutting solution that can be integrated into various flexible packaging bag production machines. It offers short setup time, high precision and the ability to create die-cutting + corner rounding + easy-tear notch at the same time. A core-less trim winder, PLC + HMI control, stable tension control and a mold base buffer (safety + noise reduction) are offered as standard. It provides a 25-600 mm film width, a 300×560 mm max. die-cutting size, 110 cuts/min mechanical speed and 15 m/min material feeding speed. GMG Technic Makina San. ve Tic. Ltd.
